The vibrant Seattle area art scene has long been the breeding ground for all types of art with a unique Pacific Northwest flavor. Glass artist Marcus Harper and sculptor Molly Omann are just two examples of the local artists whose creations are inspiring locals to give their homes a one-of-a-kind touch.
Tacoma glass artist Marcus Harper of Marcus Harper Glassworks offers a stunning array of glass art for the home, both interior and exterior. He creates everything from glass sculptures, bowls, wall mounted art to jewelry. His glass garden art includes an array of glass poppies, reeds and more to give you “color year round,” as the artist’s website says.
Sculptor Molly Omann takes her inspiration from the beaches of the Pacific Northwest. She specializes in unique driftwood sculptures, crafted from wood she collects from the Olympic Peninsula beaches. Her work includes unique indoor or outdoor displays, landscape art, one-of-a-kind furniture and more. Most recently, she has created a wildlife collection of driftwood sculptures designed especially for small garden spaces.
