The Hottest Trends from Seattle Tiny Homes

From vacation homes to backyard cottages, tiny homes are one of the hottest trends in the Pacific Northwest.  At the recent Washington State Evergreen Spring Home Show, Home & Garden Seattle had the opportunity to tour this exciting tiny home on wheels from Seattle Tiny Homes.

Based in Buckley, Wash., Seattle Tiny Homes has been building tiny homes of all types, from modular to tiny homes on wheels, since 2005, and their expertise shows in this home we toured.  This charming traditional style home included a host of innovative features to make the most of your tiny home living.

Inside there was a spacious kitchen with traditional charm and modern features.  Shaker style cabinetry, combined with butcher block counters, glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances (including a stainless steel farmhouse style sink) created a modern update on a classic style.  For dining, a streamlined counter with unique pull out seats mounted to the exterior wall helped make the most of tiny home dining.  Included were a main floor bedroom (with a combination washer/dryer) as well as an upstairs loft.

To learn more about Seattle Tiny Homes, you can visit their facility in Buckley Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm or visit their website at https://seattletinyhomes.com/.
